Tony Labels Limited operates the labelAccord marketing website and Resources blog. This notice explains what happens when you visit the site or email us about a demo.

Who to contact

Information we handle

If you email us, we receive your email address and the name, organisation, message, attachments and other details you choose to include. The demo link opens your email application; this site has no public enquiry form or visitor account.

Our hosting service may process technical information needed to serve and protect the site, such as your IP address, browser details, requested pages, timestamps and security or error logs. WordPress sign-in cookies are used for authorised editors. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this launch website.

Why we use it

We use enquiries to respond, arrange a requested demo and continue relevant business discussions. Technical data is used to deliver the website, diagnose faults and protect it from abuse. We do not use an enquiry to add you to a newsletter automatically. Where EU data protection law applies, our bases are our legitimate interests in operating a secure site and answering requested business contact, and steps requested before a contract where relevant.

Service providers and location

Hostinger provides website hosting and delivery; Gandi provides the info@labelaccord.com mailbox. Staff and these providers access information as needed for those services. Tony Labels Limited is based in Hong Kong, so an enquiry from outside Hong Kong may be handled there. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep demo enquiry emails for 12 months after our last conversation, unless a legal requirement means we must keep a record longer. Technical logs are kept only as needed for site operation and security under the hosting provider’s retention settings.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access or correct personal information we hold about you. Where applicable, you can also request deletion, restriction or portability, or object to certain processing. Email info@labelaccord.com with your request. You may also raise a concern with the privacy regulator that applies to you.

Links to external sources, including regulatory guidance, lead to websites with their own privacy practices. We will update this notice if the website’s data practices change.
